Nate Davenport is a Shareholder and member of the Firm's Healthcare Practice Group. Nate has over 16 years of public accounting experience, focused on healthcare, long-term care, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. He audits providers generating more than $1 billion of healthcare revenue annually.

Nate works with his clients and develops strong relationships, proactively resolves issues arising from the audit process, and ensures that every engagement is performed in a manner that is consistent with MSL's clients' goals.

Nate performs audits for more than 15 employee benefit plans annually. He has worked with clients on correcting errors in deferral computations and helped keep our clients in compliance with IRS and DOL rules and regulations. He has assisted clients with plan mergers and plan terminations.

Nate lives in Orlando with his wife, Kristine. Nate is a UCF graduate and loves to travel internationally and experience different cultures.
